The questions you should ask us
Answers a procurement checklist would want, in plain language.
Who owns the agent after the build?
You do. Every Build hands over the full source code, the prompts and agent instructions, the workflow definitions, deployment documentation, and admin access to every system we provisioned on your behalf. Arrox keeps only generic patterns that are not specific to your workflow; nothing built for you stays with us.
See a shipped BuildWhat does it cost to run after launch?
Typically €15 to €35 a month, covering the model calls and hosting for a single workflow at typical volume. That is the cost of running it yourself. If you would rather not, the Care plan is €350 a month and covers monitoring, model updates, and small changes within the workflow's existing scope.

Everything in the handover package transfers to you at the end of the Build, whether or not you continue with Care: the repository, the documentation, and admin access to every system involved. You confirm access independently, we revoke our own credentials on the agreed date, and we confirm that revocation to you in writing. The system keeps running without us.
How do you handle our data and credentials?
Every engagement runs under an NDA and a DPA, regardless of size. Data sent to a model provider is not used to train third-party models, and each agent gets only the access its one job needs, not the access the system as a whole needs. Credentials live in the deployment environment's own secrets store and are revoked at project completion.

No, plainly. Arrox is a small, single-founder practice, and neither certification is in place today. What we do instead is keep the NDA, DPA, and access-control practices standard on every engagement, and state clearly what we do and do not have. Certifications will be revisited as the company and the team grow enough to justify the audit.
See what we do not haveWho is behind Arrox?
Fred Jahanmanesh, founder, based in Amsterdam. Arrox AI is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 88277615. Fred builds every agent himself and is the one you deal with directly, not a sales layer in front of a delivery team.
Read more about FredDoes not approving every run become a bottleneck?
The approval gate matches the risk of the action, not a fixed default. A workflow that only drafts starts supervised so you can see what it produces; once it earns trust, you decide when to loosen the gate on lower-risk steps. You are always the one deciding how much of that judgment to hand over, and when.
Is one call really enough to understand our workflow?
The call is your effort, not the discovery. Mapping the workflow in enough detail to scope it correctly is what the Audit and, for larger engagements, the Sprint are for. If the Audit memo is not useful to you, you get your money back, so the discovery work is on us to get right, not on the call.
