Founder
Fred has spent more than ten years building production software for banks and startups, and much of that time leading the people who build it. As a tech lead he grew an engineering organization from 5 to more than 30 people, owning hiring, architecture decisions, and delivery processes end to end.
His leadership is hands-on. He still writes production code, pairs with engineers to level them up, and holds the line on test-driven development and thorough code review. The teams he has run shipped on a steady release train instead of heroics, backed by automated pipelines he designed.
Arrox is where that discipline meets AI agents: one workflow, built carefully, with the same review habits applied to everything the agent ships. Fred builds every agent himself and answers for it personally.
