ARROX (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact information — name, email address, and company name when you submit our contact form.
  • Usage data: pages visited, approximate location by country, browser and device type, referral source, and which links and buttons you click, collected through Google Analytics and only with cookies if you accept them.
  • Technical data — IP address and device information for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Improve our website and services.
  • Send relevant communications about our product (only with your consent).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Client Engagements & Data

When Arrox builds and operates automations on your behalf, we access client systems and data only to the extent necessary to deliver the agreed service, and only under a Non-Disclosure Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. We do not use client data to train third-party models, share it with other clients, or retain it beyond the scope of the engagement. Any credentials or access tokens provided are stored securely and revoked upon project completion.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share website usage data with Google, who provide Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. If you book a call through the scheduler on our contact page, the details you enter go to Calendly, who provide scheduling on our behalf. We also share data with providers who host this site and deliver our contact form. We use no other third parties for tracking or advertising.

6. Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and which links they use, and Google Ads conversion measurement to know which of our ads led to a booked call. The cookies involved (_ga, _ga_TYYWS3YMCQ, and Google's _gcl_* conversion cookies) are set only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or before you choose, none of those analytics or advertising cookies are set, and we receive anonymous usage counts with no way to recognise you.

Separately, your browser also receives one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, on your first visit, regardless of what you choose in the banner. It remembers whether you're browsing the site in English or Dutch. It carries no identifier and is never used for analytics or advertising.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Declining also removes any Google cookies already set. We use conversion measurement for our own ads only; we run no third-party advertising and no cross site tracking beyond it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months. Google Analytics usage data is retained for up to 14 months. You can request deletion at any time.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
